The final section – Category 3 questions – can upgrade your report card rating from ‘Very Good’ to ‘Exceptional’.
- Are you proactive in proposing to add and delete items from the contract?
- Do you accept credit card payments over the micro-purchase threshold?
- Are you using all available e-contracting tools, such as e-Mod, e-Buy and e-Pay?
- If you have any Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) issued against this contract, are you offering additional pricing discounts?
- If you have a Contractor Team Arrangement (CTA) with another Schedule contract holder, have you addressed how customer service and warranty issues will be resolved?
- Are you free of bankruptcy proceedings?
