Starting today, GSA contract holders will see changes to the usual report cards that are issued following a Contractor Assistance Visit.
The new Contractor Assessment Report provides a snapshot of how well you are complying with the terms and conditions of your contract, and flags any issues that need improvement.
The report covers compliance issues such as Sales Reporting, Pricing, Prompt Payment Discounts, Contract Scope, the Trade Agreements Act, e-Commerce, Delivery, Basis of Award, Price Reductions, and Labor Qualifications .
The report will only be visible to you and to GSA.
Assessments may be conducted more frequently for some contracts that could have issues with compliance, based on yearly sales, in order to address any problems before they become major issues.
