In an earlier blog we discussed the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System, or CPARS, which is used to document how well you meet the deliverables of an awarded contract.
Agencies must also file a report in the Federal Awardee Performance & Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) on certain issues concerning your contract, such as
Termination of the contract – either for Cause or Default
Defective Cost or Pricing Data
Information on Trafficking in Persons
Determinations of Non-Responsibility
Subcontractor Payment Issues
Administrative Agreements
Determination of Contractor Fault (for Dept. of Defense contracts)
