An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract has no guaranteed total quantity of services or products that will be acquired. There may be a guaranteed minimum quantity, or an estimated minimum/maximum quantity listed in the contract. The agency will issue Task Orders against the IDIQ contract on an ‘as-needed’ basis.
