Many federal agencies post Forecasts of Opportunities at their websites, giving you advance notice of upcoming bids, often well before the RFQ is posted to FedBizOpps.
For example, the Dept. of Energy’s Forecast allows you to search by several parameters, (Fiscal Year or Quarter, NAICS code, State, Incumbent Contractor and others). You can also search for opportunities for Primes or Subcontractors. Searches can be exported to excel.
