Zone 2 – CT, MA, RI, ME, NH, VT
Zone 3 – FL, GA, NC, SC
Zone 4 – TX, OK
Zone 5 – CA, NV
Zone 6 – MO, IL, IA, KS, NE
Services include HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, Janitorial, Landscaping/Grounds Maintenance, Elevator Maintenance/ Inspection, Fire Alarm/Fire Suppression, Roofing, Building Mgmt. Services, Commissioning Services, Pest Control, and Waste Management/Recycling.
A series of Industry Days has been scheduled in San Francisco (Jan.19); Atlanta (Jan. 21); Boston (Jan.26); Fort Worth (Jan.28); and Kansas City (Feb. 2)
The contracts will be 100% set-aside for small businesses.
