The Army Corps of Engineers’ Small Business Program has over 48 Districts and Centers across the country. They work with Contracting Officers and other personnel to determine which acquisitions should be set-aside for Small Businesses or other socio-economic categories.
Small Business Deputies have the day-to-day visibility over purchases in their District or Center.
Contracts are awarded at the District Level and Center levels.
Capability briefings or introductory meetings can be scheduled at the District and Center level.
