GSA Schedules are awarded for a period of 5 years, with additional option periods up to a maximum of 20 years.
When federal regulations are modified, added or deleted during this award period, GSA issues ‘mass modifications’ to all current schedule holders, so that everyone’s contract documents are kept up-to-date.
GSA is planning a Mass Modification for all Schedule solicitations sometime this month, to update Service Contract Act Wage Determinations.
Contractors will have 90 days to accept the mass modification.
