GSA Sends TAA Compliance Letters to Current Contract Holders

I’ve recently noticed a number of letters sent to current GSA contract holders, regarding compliance with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA).  In many cases these notices are being sent to all contract holders under a particular schedule or SIN.

The letter states that GSA has found a number of contractors who have posted inaccurate Country of Origin information to GSA Advantage,   and asks the contract holder to review their listings to confirm that they accurately state the applicable TAA-designated country of origin for each product.

I’ve personally seen these notices sent to contractors under schedule 75 (Office Products); 58I (Audio Video); 73 (Cleaning Equipment and Chemicals); 23V (Automotive) and 751 (Vehicle Leasing)… and I’m sure there are more out there!

GSA is hosting a virtual Industry Day specifically for Schedules 23V and 751 on June 21st,  to review the TAA Compliance notice.
