GSAs Subcontracting Directory helps small businesses looking for subcontracting opportunities with Prime contractors.
The directory lists large business prime contractors who have been awarded a Federal contract over $650,000 ($1.5 million for construction contracts). In these instances the large business is required by law to establish plans and goals for subcontracting with small business firms. The directory is updated regularly, as new awards are posted to the Federal Procurement Data System.
Who Is in the Subcontracting Directory:
Large prime contractors who have received federal contracts:
- for goods & services other than construction, valued at over $650,000
- for construction valued at over $1.5 million
GSA cannot require a prime contractor to use a particular small business. However, GSA’s Small Business Technical Advisors (SBTAs) can advise you how to market your products and services to the prime contractors in this directory.
