The SBA’s new Certify.SBA.gov website simplifies the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program application, putting the process completely online, and making it easier to complete.
Eventually the SBA hopes to expand this site to accommodate other certification programs such as 8(a) and HUBZone.
The site also has a tool called “Am I Eligible?” , a series of about 15 questions that can help you determine if the WOSB, HubZone or 8a programs are a good fit for your business.
