GSA Schedule contractors can now sell to the National Voluntary Organizations Active in a Disaster (NVOAD). These organizations may use any GSA Schedule to purchase supplies or services in support of emergency preparedness and disaster relief.
NVOAD members include many recognizable organizations (Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Save the Children, Salvation Army, United Way); several smaller faith-based organizations; and some lesser-known organizations such as Amateur Radio Emergency Services, and Team Rubicon. Acceptance of orders is voluntary. You may decline an order, for any reason, within 5 days of receipt, or within 24 hours for a credit card order.
