Yesterday President Obama signed his latest Executive Order that will require federal contractors to offer paid sick leave to their employees.
Employees working on federal contracts will be entitled to at least one hour of paid leave for every 30 hours they work, up to seven days per year.
The order will only affect contracts beginning in 2017.
