GSA has posted a draft RFP of their new Building Maintenance and Operations Services contract. There will be 2 contract vehicles – one set-aside for small businesses, and the other unrestricted – with multiple awards for each.
Services will include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, alarms, equipment maintenance, janitorial, fire protection, garbage collection, janitorial, pest control, landscaping, carpets and general building maintenance.
The first phase will cover the entire geographic areas of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
The agency will be holding a series of Industry Days in Philadelphia (03/31), New York City (04/01) and Washington, DC (04/02).
