When most federal agencies moved their contract opportunities from the old FedBizOpps system to the new Beta.SAM system last year, the Federal Aviation Authority initially held out, and kept their opportunities posted to their own site.
Now that the agency has resolved compatibility issues, they will move to the Beta.SAM website, effective February 1, 2020.
The FAA Contacting Opportunities site will no longer be active, and vendors must go to Beta.SAM for FAA contract opportunities. All active FAACO Announcements will transition to Beta.SAM by January 31, 2020.
Vendors that require access to additional functionality beyond the basic public search function in Beta.SAM will need to create an account in Beta.SAM, as your account details from FAACO will not be transferred.
