Will This Pilot Program Expand to ALL Schedules?

GSA’s Point of Sale Transactional (PoST) pilot program requires certain schedule holders to provide Level-3 transactional Data on all orders placed with the GSA SmartPay Card.

The pilot also requires vendors to offer a point-of-sale discount on all items purchased using the SmartPay card.
In addition to the 3 schedules in the pilot program, Level 3 processing has been mandated for all Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiatives (FSSI) – currently print management, domestic delivery, wireless services and office supplies; as well as the two upcoming initiatives for Janitorial/Sanitation (JanSan) and Maintenance/Repair/Operations (MRO).
