In 2016 GSA awarded 23 long-term Indefinite Quantity contracts to small businesses, for two tracks of Building Maintenance & Operations (BMO) services – one track for HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical Services, and another track for Janitorial/Grounds Maintenance Services.
Now GSA is looking to add another 17 small business contractors to that pool. While any small business may submit an offer, GSA is particularly interested in offers from 8(a), HubZone and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
For the moment, this particular bid is restricted to companies in Zone 1 -Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. GSA expects to issue RFPs for other zones/states at a later date.
