The Dept. of Homeland Security has posted information in FedBizOpps about their plans to pre-select vendors for an agency-wide Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for ‘Agile’ services, referred to as “FLASH” (Flexible Agile Support for the Homeland).
The department will host an Industry Day on June 29 in Washington DC
